Anthony T., verified buyer · “I want to begin by sharing how transformative my experience with the XNote notebook and pen has been. Since purchasing them, they have genuinely changed the way I work and stay organised. In my role, I’m responsible for taking notes, recording action items, and writing minutes during upper management meetings. The XNote system has become essential to my workflow. The task lists and daily logs keep me up to date on everything I need to handle, giving me a clear view of what’s pending, what’s coming up, and what might be overdue. Since I started using XNote, I’ve been able to create detailed action-point minutes with ChatGPT in a fraction of the time it used to take. I’ve also become a strong ambassador for your brand. My enthusiasm for XNote has spread throughout my workplace: my boss has already purchased three XNotes, and even one of our temporary staff members was so impressed that she bought one for her husband. We wanted to pass along this positive feedback because your product has genuinely improved our day-to-day productivity. There is, however, one suggestion I would love to share. Given the premium cost of the notebook and pen, a protective wallet or case for the notebook and pen would be extremely valuable. It would help keep the pen secure—especially for users like me who take their XNote everywhere. I use mine both at home and at work, and having a dedicated wallet would make carrying and protecting the set much easier. Thank you for creating such an excellent product. It has truly become an essential part of how I stay organised.”
Caroline C., verified buyer · “Muito bom”
Funerária C., verified buyer · “I bought these for myself and my office manager. They are game changers. Knowing they are new, the handwriting recognition needs improvement and a desktop app with searchable functions and AI is needed. But love love love.”
Sarah W., verified buyer · “It’s a super-smart and reliable concept. But the proposition, I thought, was to enable those who like penmanship (with a real pen) to enjoy writing their notes. Yet, the quality of the ink cartridges is very unimpressive. Like a cheap 50 cents BIC disposable. Actually, not as good as that. So I’m a bit disappointed by that part of the experience.”
Danial R., verified buyer · “There are two critical things that would make this notebook excellent. The first is a bookmark ribbon so I can mark where in the notebook was the last page I used and the other is some type of holder for the pen. If this notebook is to be used only with the pen you would think that you would have something that brings the notebook and pen together. I hope you work on this in your next iteration of the notebook.”
Diego G., verified buyer · “I love the idea and it works to a point, but the website is flawed and won't let me reset my password, after it locked me out for no reason, there is no real way to get the notes in other apps like one note without copy paste, the ChatGPT integration doesn't save history, the unit turns off and has no auto on so you constantly need to check your make sure the light is on.”
Garry O., verified buyer · “I bought the set with the free additional notebook, but I need more. I wish I didn't have to get them shipped from the US”
Neil M., verified buyer · “Five stars.”
Dale N., verified buyer · “I highly recommend getting on this as soon as possible you’ll never look back nor get out of this you’ll freak out if you get out of this state of the art notebook, it’s so amazing which none that I know of offer this wring state of the art notebook, trust me you’ll never ever go back to any cvs stores, staples, office max, you won’t regret it once you start a program by using all this has to offer! Shipment came early as unexpected an I just jumped right in to it , I started writing on it an a close friends asked me what am I doing ? Homework, they started writing love notes to me mom, an they started ordering several different books get it you won’t regret it they told me it’s really good and they were amazed by it”
Dennis C., verified buyer · “I have to say that it is a bit difficult to work with it. It is very confusing that you can only enter data by writing on the book pages. You cannot import separate handwritten images or other files at all. It is good for someone to get acquainted with this genre where you can communicate by handwriting with ChatGPT, but in a matter of minutes I found another product on the Internet that can do these things light years more efficiently, conveniently and cheaper.”
Ferenc L., verified buyer · “Very happy with this product really find it very useful”
Jeff H., verified buyer · “The Xnote is an amazing tool for business or personal use. There are countless uses for it.”
Garrett R., verified buyer · “Mogao bi se se bolje integrirati”

Before you buy
Do I need the XNote smart pen?
Yes, for digital capture. The notebook's printed pattern works with the XNote smart pen to capture your handwriting. The notebook does not connect to the app on its own.
Which notebook sizes are there?
Mini 3.54 × 5.51 in (144 pages, $19), Standard 5.83 × 8.27 in (192 pages, $29, sold out) and Large 6.93 × 9.37 in (192 pages, $39, sold out). The same pen works with all of them.
Does the app need to stay open?
No. When your phone isn't connected, the pen stores up to 1,000 pages. Import them next time you open the app. Handwriting-to-text and AI need an internet connection.
Are the notebooks reusable?
No. Start a fresh notebook, or print new pages from the app.
Can I use more than one notebook?
Tell the app which notebook you're writing in by setting it as primary. This matters when you write in a Mini or Large notebook, or use two notebooks of the same size, because same-size notebooks share a page pattern.
