Shipping Method
We offer different shipping options depending on your location. For US orders, we provide Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping. For international orders, we offer Standard and Express shipping. Shipping costs and options will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value.
Shipping Region
All orders are shipped from two main distribution centers. Orders within the United States are shipped from our Texas warehouse, while all international orders are processed and shipped from our South Korea facility. We offer worldwide shipping, but please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For any shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at support@xnote.ai.

US Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
UK Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
International Orders:
- Standard International: 4-7 business days (depends on custom clearance process)

Tax Info (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, please note:
* The prices displayed on XNote's website do not include VAT, import duties, taxes, or customs fees
* These additional charges vary by country and may be levied when your package reaches your country
* Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package
* XNote has no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what they may be
* Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information
* If you decline delivery of your package due to customs fees or import duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs
* XNote cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price as this is against customs regulations

Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:
1. Check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting delivery
2. Contact us immediately at support@xnote.ai with:

* Photos of the package and any shipping labels
* Description of the issue
Resolution Process:
1. Missing items: We will ship the missing items at no cost
2. Incorrect items: We will arrange for the correct items to be sent
3. Damaged items: We will provide replacement items or issue a refund
