30-Day No-Reason Return
Within 30 days from the date of receipt, you may request to return your XNote product package — including the smart pen, notebook, and all included accessories — and receive a full refund.
Return Condition Requirements
The returned items must be in their original condition and fully functional.
All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included in the return shipment.
Package Integrity
The XNote Smart Writing Set (smart pen + notebook + charging cable) is considered a single integrated package and cannot be returned or refunded partially.
Individual components of the set (for example, the pen or notebook) cannot be returned separately.
Notebook Return Conditions
Notebooks can only be returned if they are unused and unmarked — pages must be blank, clean, and free of writing, stains, or damage.
Used or opened notebooks are not eligible for return or refund.
Damage or Missing Components
If a returned item is found to be damaged, missing parts, or severely damaged in packaging, XNote reserves the right to deduct a portion of the refund according to the condition of the returned product.
Data Processing
If your XNote device stores user data (e.g., handwriting data or Bluetooth connection records), please erase all personal data before returning.
After receiving the returned device, XNote will perform a factory reset to clear all user data and restore it to its original state.

After review, you will receive the return address and shipping instructions from our customer service team.

After we receive and inspect the returned items, XNote will process your refund within 5–10 business days (depending on bank or payment processor speed).
1.3 Returnless Solution
If it is inconvenient for you to return the product — or if returning is not possible for other reasons approved by customer service — you may choose to keep the product.
In such cases, XNote reserves the right to take necessary administrative steps, including but not limited to disabling device activation or unlinking it from your account, to complete the after-sales process.
After these steps, a partial refund or alternative compensation will be arranged based on the situation.
