For security purposes, orders may be subject to verification. XNote reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment details cannot be verified. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Will I be charged extra?
If you use an international card, your bank may apply exchange rates or foreign transaction fees. These charges are not controlled by XNote.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment is declined, please place a new order.

- Contact your bank if the payment is blocked
- Try a different payment method if needed
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. XNote does not store or share your payment details.
