Increase your transcription capacity and ensure you always have enough minutes to capture important conversations.

XNote Audio Minute unlocks 600 additional transcription minutes that can be used within the XNote Companion App. This package is ideal for users who regularly attend meetings or discussions and want additional transcription capacity beyond their included plan.

The minutes can be used for recordings captured directly within the XNote Companion App, as well as recordings from online meetings hosted on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. These recordings can then be transformed into searchable transcripts and organized summaries using XNote’s AI capabilities.

Once activated, the transcription minutes are automatically used whenever recordings are processed within the app.

Validity
Your 600 transcription minutes remain valid for 24 months from the date of activation.

Important Notes

If you have an active XNote Pro Plan, your included monthly transcription minutes will always be used first. Once they are exhausted, your purchased transcription minutes will automatically be applied.

Purchasing additional transcription minutes does not modify or replace your membership plan. It only increases the total transcription time available.

The minutes must be activated within 12 months from the date of purchase.

The XNote Smart Pen does not include an audio recording capability. Audio recordings are captured through the XNote Companion App or supported meeting platforms including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
