XNote Audio Minutes unlocks 1,500 additional transcription minutes that can be used within the XNote Companion App. This package is designed for professionals and frequent users who regularly record meetings, interviews, brainstorming sessions, lectures, or online discussions.

These transcription minutes can be used for audio recordings captured directly inside the XNote Companion App, as well as recordings from supported online meeting platforms including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. The recorded audio can then be converted into searchable transcripts and structured summaries powered by XNote AI.

Once activated, your transcription minutes are automatically deducted from your available balance when used, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience while capturing conversations.

Validity
Your 3000 transcription minutes remain valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

Important Notes

If you have an active XNote Pro Plan, your included monthly transcription minutes will be used first. After those minutes are exhausted, your purchased audio minutes will automatically be applied.

Purchasing additional audio minutes does not change your membership benefits. It simply increases the total transcription time available to your account.

The audio minutes must be activated within 12 months from the date of purchase.

The XNote Smart Pen does not include an audio recording feature. Audio recordings are captured through the XNote Companion App or supported meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
