 1. How does the app work?

Question: How do I connect the product and use the app?

Answer: You can connect the pen by opening the pen cap and either during the app's login process or by using the button in the top left corner of the app. The pages you write will automatically sync with the app. Using the Overview button, you can get summaries, math diagrams, and text versions of your notes. You can also chat with your notes using the Chat feature. This is a brief overview, and a more detailed document on additional functionalities is being prepared.

2. Subscription Issues

Question: I see a "You are not subscribed" error message. Is this a problem?

Answer: No, this is not a problem. For the first month, all features are open to everyone. We are in the process of assigning lifetime and one-year subscriptions to our backers. Please ignore the error message as we will update your status soon.

3. Android Crashes

Question: The app crashes on my Android device. What should I do?

Answer: We are actively working on resolving the crash issues on the Android app. An update will be released as soon as possible to fix these problems. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

4. Mini and Large Notebooks

Question: When will the mini and large notebooks be shipped?

Answer: The shipments for the mini and large notebooks will begin in the summer. Once available, you can purchase them through our Shopify store. Keep an eye on our updates for more information.
